Communication with counsel, courts, probation, DCS, or other parties requires appropriate releases and clear agreement about the purpose and limits of disclosure.
Documentation and coordination
With proper authorization, CALR™ may provide attendance verification, participation summaries, progress updates, compliance-related documentation, assessment status, treatment recommendations, monthly officer reports, immediate notification of reportable concerns, and discharge or transition summaries.
Reporting is designed to be factual, concise, supervision-relevant, and clinically grounded.
