Approach
Roy's clinical work is attachment-informed, trauma-informed, systems-aware, and recovery-oriented. His work integrates addiction recovery, sexual health, family and relationship systems, emotional regulation, trauma processing, and accountability where needed.
Why integration matters
Many clients do not fit into one simple category. Addiction may overlap with trauma. Sexual behavior may overlap with shame, attachment injury, ADHD, betrayal, or identity conflict. Relationship pain may reflect years of avoidance, secrecy, or survival strategies. Integration means treating the whole pattern, not only the most visible symptom.
