Addiction Recovery
Support for addictive and compulsive behaviors.
Addiction is not only about a substance or behavior. It is often a survival strategy that has become destructive. Recovery work helps identify what the behavior has been doing for you, what it has cost you, and what must change for life to become stable and connected again.
Areas addressed
- Alcohol and substance-related concerns
- Sex addiction and compulsive sexual behavior
- Pornography, cybersex, or technology-related sexual behavior
- Internet, gaming, gambling, and work-related compulsive behavior
- Relapse patterns, secrecy, shame, and avoidance
- Co-occurring trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or relationship distress
Recovery with integration
The goal is not simply abstinence from a behavior. The deeper work is learning how to regulate emotion, tell the truth, tolerate distress, repair relationships where possible, build accountability, and develop a life where harmful coping is no longer the center of the story.
