What to Expect

Start with a short conversation, not a perfect explanation.

You do not have to know exactly what kind of therapy, assessment, or support you need before reaching out. The first step is simply to determine whether CALR™ Recovery & Integration Services Division is an appropriate fit.

The first steps

1. Schedule a free 15-minute first call

Use the contact information or scheduling link when available. The call is for basic fit, scheduling, and next-step questions.

2. Clarify the main concern

You can describe the concern generally: addiction, trauma, betrayal, sexual health, ADHD, relationship, identity, or assessment needs.

3. Discuss fit and fees

Fees are discussed during consultation. Payment may be made by all major credit cards, cash, or check.

4. Begin with an appropriate plan

The plan may include individual therapy, couples work, family consultation, assessment, referral coordination, or another recommended next step.

Privacy and email

Email is useful for basic scheduling and contact. Please avoid sending detailed trauma histories, sexual behavior details, legal information, or highly sensitive clinical material by email. Those topics are better addressed during a scheduled clinical conversation.

Common questions

Can I start if I feel ashamed or uncertain?

Yes. Many people start therapy before they have language for what is happening. The first step is clarification, not judgment.

Do you work with couples and partners?

Yes, when clinically appropriate. Some situations require individual stabilization first, especially after betrayal or active addiction disclosure.

Do you offer telehealth?

Telehealth may be available when appropriate. Fit, privacy, location, and clinical need are discussed before beginning.

What forms of payment are accepted?

All major credit cards, cash, and check. Fees are discussed during consultation.
